Booking a tour is easy. Once you decide on a Virtual Book Tour Package, we do all the rest. We customize the tour by targeting book blogs that fit your book and work with book bloggers to set up the tour dates. We have experience pitching book reviewers and we follow up to ensure a smooth progression. We will create your personalized Book Tour Home Page on our iRead blog, which will includes your book cover, synopsis, author pic and bio, links to your social media and the tour stops. Once a tour is over it is archived for easy access on our site.
When you book a tour, we send you all the information to get started. We book tours a minimum of 8 weeks (2 months) prior to the tour date. For example, if your book will be released in January, and you wish to plan a virtual book tour in February, you will need to book the tour in December. Book bloggers are busy and they book spots well in advance.
Please note that we coordinate tours for quality books. Self-published authors and small press publishers are welcome with the understanding that their books are professionally edited. We reserve the right to refuse books that don't fit with our book tour policy. Please fill out the application form below and we will contact you. This is the preliminary step.
