Meet the Author:
Allyson Rice is a writer, mixed media artist, and a producer with Atomic Focus Entertainment, currently splitting her time between Los Angeles, CA, and Rehoboth Beach, DE. She’s a graduate of Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication. After spending many years as an actress on stage and on television, she left acting and spent the next decade running yoga/meditation retreats, women’s retreats, and creativity retreats around the country. Meet the Authors:
Just a bit about me. I live in Arizona, but for most of the year, I travel across our beautiful earth as a deckhand and yoga instructor in the yachting industry. I love the serenity of the sea, exploring treasured caves, hiking through lush green forests, immersing myself in different cultures, and meeting new friends. Meet the Author:
Born and raised in Brazil to an entrepreneur dad and a pastor mom, Marta Spirk demonstrated an interest for the English language and American culture very early on and began teaching English at fourteen. She went on to get bachelor’s and master’s degrees in English, became a certified court interpreter, and married an American she met at a church conference in Tulsa, Oklahoma. After the surprise and blessing of triplets in 2016, Marta found a passion for encouraging and empowering women as she learned to encourage and empower herself through the challenges of adult (and triplet) life. In 2020, her dream of becoming a US Citizen finally came true, and her coaching business grew exponentially.
